The material airlocks, which are made completely of stainless steel (V2A) are delivered in all sizes. The doors have large viewing windows and have ergonomically shaped handles fitted, also made of stainless steel.

In addition, the control unit has the compact SPC Siemens Logo! installed, which can be freely programmed using a Siemens tool and adapted to customer wishes at any time.

The material airlock is equipped with control unit SPC Siemens S7 - 1200.  Functions include the following, for example:

• Automatic pressure control with digital display
• Display operation
• Door positions preferred open or preferred closed
• Free configuration of flushing time specifications
• Acoustic signal if one of the doors is open for too long
